First day of the week

It was a Sunday. Not a bright one . Rain clouds over the city covered our minds too . Me and my friends love rains but not on a holiday day like sunday . Anyways , by the evening we decided to check out the city streets.Yet another bachelors day out . But a very low key one . By the time we reached the beach it was 6 PM .Lots of people on streets . Shops , streets, buses,trains everywhere. So I thought why not go and watch the setting sun . But i couldnot find any sun !! What the ???? Only then i realised that I am no longer in the western side of the country , where you could see a sun set from a beach. Here in Chennai , Sun rises in the sea and sets in the skylines of the city . Another Sunday wasted ? Not really . How could i miss the company of my roommates , who are also my best friends and colleagues ! For last 6 months or so , everyday is like a new chapter for us . Learning something new , even though in a hard way . After all these are the fun you could enjoy only while you are a bachelor . Oops no puns intended

Next week is gonna a busy one for me . Most propably this could be my last sunday in this city . I will be getting a transfer to my home town , for which i have been trying for three weeks from now. Keeping my fingers crossed .
